Do you do custom work?
We do custom orders. You can send me a message with the required measurements and full details of the order concerning colors and design. It will take 5-7 days to complete a custom order and another 5-7 days for shipping. Refunds cannot be offered for orders for sizing issues if correct measurements were not provided.

How do I pick a size?
Please use the size chart to select the size closest to your child's measurements and make changes where necessary. I cannot offer refunds for items for sizing issues if accurate measurements were not provided. Please ensure your measurements are accurate and do not hesitate to ask if you have any sizing concerns

When does my order ship?
All orders are shipped in 1-3 days except for custom orders which will take 5-7 days. Orders are shipped with DHL Express and are delivered 4-7 days after shipping. A tracking number will be provided once item is shipped.

What are your return and exchange policies?
Refunds and exchanges are offered for wrong dress size or damaged goods. I cannot offer refunds or exchanges for custom orders if the wrong measurements were sent. Please do not hesitate to ask and clarify any sizing concerns. Ensure your measurements are taken accurately so you will be pleased with your order.

Payments can be made through PayPal or any of the major credit cards. Immediate payment is required to complete the order.
